Three peeps from the QC gang got to join in on the fun at SWEAT a couple of weekends ago, where we succumbed to an intense, fast-paced “express” step class by owner and instructor MJ Karp. We left out the building feeling invigorated and dripping. A great way to start a fun-filled holiday weekend!
I was compelled to learn more behind the passion for health and wellness that is the backbone of this boutique fitness studio located at 145 Swan St. on Buffalo’s near East Side.
“I want people to know that that’s not what we’re about. You can be a part of it, you can exercise daily and eat healthy and not have to be a fitness guru, not have to talk about it all the time. You just do it.”
QC’s own Mikayla Schneiter recently had a chance to partake in her very first boudoir photoshoot with QC photographer Jill Barrile and her partners Jess Martina and Sabrina Rodriguez, a new boudoir collective known as Boud-y Central.
